Which states do you work in?
We take requests from every state. Share yours in the assessment form, and we'll confirm what we can offer you there before any engagement begins.
Can I buy from a dealer outside my state?
In many cases, yes. Taxes and registration follow the state where you register the car, and we'll confirm what's possible for your situation during your assessment.
Can you help with my trade-in?
Tell us about your current car in the notes on the assessment form. We'll confirm how we can help with it in your state.
Can I send a quote I already have?
Yes. Add it to the assessment form, and we'll show you how it compares with the numbers we'd aim for.
Do you help with financing?
We review the financing terms in your contract and give you recommendations. You choose your lender and sign directly.
Do I have to go to the dealership?
Not always. Many dealers offer remote signing and delivery, including shipping. We'll ask for it where it's available, and can point you to licensed shippers if you need one. You book and pay the shipper directly.
How long does it take?
It depends on your situation and the timeline you give us. We adjust our pace to match.
Who handles the paperwork and payment?
You sign your contract with the dealer and pay the dealer directly. dealdrivr does not sign on your behalf or hold your funds, and our name does not appear on your contract or title paperwork. Our fee is paid by you only, never by dealers or shippers.
